Shiv is an experienced entrepreneur. He brought his previous startup from formation to $5MM in sales in two years. He loves the thrill of starting companies, forming teams and solving big problems. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.
COO
Before starting Dosis, Divya was a Product Manager for B2B and B2C products at athenahealth. She's passionate about building great products that create a positive change in people's lives. She received her B.S. in Biological Engineering from MIT.
Chief Medical Officer, Co-inventor
Dr. Aronoff has over 30 years of experience in nephrology. He was previously Chief of Nephrology & Hypertension at the University of Louisville, where his research with Drs. Brier and Gaweda focused on using AI to dose ESAs in dialysis patients. He received his M.S. in Pharmacology and M.D. from Indiana University.
Scientific Advisor, Co-inventor
Dr. Gaweda is a control engineer with over 15 years of experience. He's currently an associate professor at the University of Louisville, where his research focuses on using control theory and artificial intelligence to individualize drug dosing. He worked with Drs. Aronoff and Brier to develop SAA. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisville.
Scientific Advisor, Co-inventor
Dr. Brier is a pharmacokineticist with over 30 years of experience. He is currently a professor at the University of Louisville, where his research focuses on using artificial intelligence to individual drug dosing. He worked with Drs. Aronoff and Gaweda to develop SAA. He received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Purdue University.
Implementation Associate
Esther has over ten years of experience as a dialysis nurse practitioner. She works closely with the rest of our team to develop product improvements and go on-site for implementations. She received her MSN from the University of Kentucky.
Head of Engineering
Before joining Dosis, Atom was an instructor at App Academy. He is a passionate Fullstack Web Developer with an eye for design. Some of his favorite technologies are Ruby on Rails, React, and Redux.
Associate Product Manager
Danielle is a graduate from the University of California, Berkeley where she studied Cognitive Science with a minor in Applied Language Studies. She is enthusiastic about the intersection of science, people, and tech tools, which helped lead her right to Dosis!
Software Engineer II
Before pivoting to software engineering, Olivia studied Managerial Economics at the University of California, Davis. She is eager to learn emerging technologies and apply them with a user centric approach. She enjoys working on all stacks, but has a soft spot for side-end.
Control Systems Engineer
Shreya is enthusiastic about the development of control systems that have a positive social impact. She received her B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
